Having trouble seeing screenshots

If you are having trouble seeing screenshots on timecards, there could be several reasons for this issue.

1. Slow Network Connection

Having a slow network connection can increase the upload time of the screenshots and this might be shown as images are not uploaded but after a while screenshots should be uploaded to the system.

2. Losing Network While Timer Was Working

If the network connection fails while the timer was running, the system won’t be able to upload the screenshots.

3. Closing the App Before Timecard Uploads

The system saves the data every minute but sends the data to the dashboard every 10 minutes.
For instance, if the user checks the dashboard at 9:15 there will be previous data on the dashboard. However, if the user checks the dashboard at 9:20 there will be new data on the dashboard.
Closing the DeskCove right before it sends the data to the dashboard will lead to timecard data not showing due to not being able to upload.

4. Lack of Permission for Mac Users

System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy Tab > Accessibility
If you have already checked that for Deskcove, please uncheck.
It'll quit the app, then check it again.
Make sure you quit the app after you uncheck + make sure you check the permission before opening the application.
