What is idle timecard?

Idle is the term we use when the user's activity (keyboard or mouse) is either very low or no activity at all.
Idle time’s focus score is 0% and idle timecard looks like below:
If the user thinks that the timecard shown as idle is not idle (for example, if they are in an online meeting and their activity is low during that time) it can be marked as "not idle".
