If you are seeing this error, please first make sure that your team owner has an active membership.
If your team owner has an active membership and you are still seeing this error, you probably have the Deskcove application installed incorrectly.

Please make sure you have done the following steps correctly.

​If it's Mac, you must drag the Deskcove application into the Mac application folder.

​If it's Windows, the Deskcove application must be in the C:/ folder.
